TTEC Customer Setvice Representative interview questions

Group interview but I was only with two other people whom had no experience. It seemed like they would just hire anyone. I thought it was just me who felt that way but it's true. A lady from my training class told me she was in a group of ten or so and when the recruiter was starting the interview she said everyone is hired in this room because it's so and so birthday. They had no interview!!!
