TTEC Customer Service Representative Work From Home interview questions

Pretty easy. Applied online. Was invited to an interview over webcam (Zoom). It was a group interview (like 30 applicants) was asked a series of questions. No webcam needed. Was asked about availability and given a couple choices for shifts. all shifts are part-time for work at home agents. Sent offer email and background check information. Started training like a month later.
