TTEC Customer Service Representative interview questions

I did not like the fact it was a group interview and wasn’t. Although i have the customer service experience they ask for i did not getbthe job. The make it seem like u dnt need the call center experience but that actually matters. How am i to gain the experience if im not given the chance
