TTEC Customer Service Representative interview questions

Fue sencillo solo 2 entrevistas una fue por llama y la otra por examen en la llamada si es que tienes un ingles excelenente en mi caso no haces el examen entonces afortunadamente no tenia que ir a hacer el examen en las oficinas que estan en el monumento de la revolucion en ese tiempo era remoto ahorita ya no hay me parece

I completed some online assessments after applying. Then a group interview where the job was described in greater detail and if we were still interested after listening to all specs of the job, pay structure, etc then we were to schedule an in-person interview, which was quite a ways out. I believe it was approx 3 weeks. The in person interview was your standard interview, nothing crazy or out of the ordinary.
