TTEC Customer Service Representative interview questions

As far as I can remember. It was short and simple as I applied for a non-voice account. Joining workforce team was different because I needed to join their internship program then absorbed in a few months.

In the starting of the process, I got a telephonic interview which was just about the basic qualifications check & job specifications followed up by a personal interview & brief computer test, which was followed by an HR interview.
