TTEC Customer Service Representative CSR Work From Home interview questions

The interview is an offer call that will go over the position then you will be given a chance to accept or decline the offer. If you decline but other positions become available then you will get further emails for another offer call.

applied online via their website, heard back within a couple days and was asked to do a system assessment ( basically checking if my system is compatible for what they need). I also had to do a pre assessment test ( basic know how's for customer service & typing). Heard back for a zoom interview it was actually really nice and easy going. Then had a separate mini interview and technical test , then received a job offer :)
