TTEC Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

The call will last approximately 60 minutes and will be held in Zoom. Please join via phone, internet, and webcam. You MUST be on the computer that you plan to use for work. This interview will assess your computer navigation skills, multitasking skills, and your customer service experience. Please be prepared to participate and interact with your recruiter.

I had a phone interview yesterday from Colorado. I spoke to a recruiter and we arranged a Zoom meeting as well. We are going to chedule an interview one of the following days.
