TTEC Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

Fue una entrevista grupal en la que nos presentamos y hablamos de por qué nos interesaba la empresa. En general un proceso muy sencillo que sirve como primer filtro para evaluar si tienes el nivel mínimo de inglés para avanzar a los exámenes.

Interview was done in two parts via zoom. Very efficient process. The people conducting the interviews were very polite and informative, first half of the interview was very straightforward about job duties and benefits.
