TTEC Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

The application is rather long, it includes watching videos and answering questions online. you then get an interview which is pretty much an onboarding Zoom call. You get to choose your schedule by then. You then have to pick up your equipment. Be ready to do some "role play" during the interview.

Very easy to do - everything was remote. I had some tech issues and played phone tag with some people, but I was hired after the interview process. Filling out the paperwork had a few hiccups, too - more phone tag, but everything worked out.
