The interview was easy to schedule. It was done via email. Once schedule, interview is done through zoom. It is a mass interview that is more of an informational about the company, benefits, and the position. At the end you are able to say whether you will continue to the next phase of the hiring process. If so, the salary will be stated and the training schedule. It is a pretty straight forward and smooth process.

clear the assessment and u will be given the opportunity to give the first interview, clear that and get to the second round at this point you are basically almost hired after which u will be given the offer letter.
Thanks for the interview review, however TTEC Digital does not hire CSR's so this review is likely for TTEC Engage - our cousin company that is a call center as a service company.
Easy group interview which was very odd. The role was too complicated. I would not recommend. They threatened your job throughout training. Write ups during training for ANY MISSED TIME NOT MATTER WHAT THE SITUATION IS.
