TTEC Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

Laid back Zoom meeting. 3-4 questions easy describe a time questions. You made it this far then the job is yours. Got the job offer right after leaving the meeting.

No interview. They invite you to a Zoom meeting with about 30 other people "interviewing". They show you a presentation and ask if you want to work for them. Then they send out an email that you respond if you do in fact want to work for them. Wish I would have paid attention to the red flags early on and parted ways with them then and there.
