Moderate online assessment, initial, behavioral then final interview. The questions were easy. The interviewer needs to hear that you will work for them in years and not just for a short period. It's the commitment that counts.

Very simple and straight forward. Go in for an interview, do a quick call test and answer a few quick questions, and then the final, typical interview. It was very to the point and very "no-nonsense". One of the better experiences I've had for interviews at call centers I'd say. Other places can take hours before you're interviewed.
