TTEC Customer Service CSR interview questions

I applied and was selected to interview for a work from home position. They scheduled a group zoom meeting. This meeting was to only give company and position overview. Once the meeting started they said it was for an onsite positon.

It was easy. The HR was friendly. He was asking about my experience and what I know about the job that I'm applying for. They gave me an offer but it was not up to my standards.
