TTEC Customer Service CSR interview questions

First interview is zoom, group meeting. It's basically an overview of the position and if you are still interested at the end, you type your name in the chat, and they will send you and email for a second in person interview. Second interview is short 10-15 minutes, 4 or 5 behavioral questions. Then they tell you will hear back through email in 24-48 hours.
