TTEC Custimer Service Representative interview questions

It was quick and easy and the interviewer was very nice. I was asked a series of situational questions one after another so the interview was quite fast paced. All in all it was a good experience.

The interview was a group interview. We were asked a couple of questions, watched a video about the company, pay and benefits. Those that were selected received a email a few hours later. The process overall was pretty quick and easy
