The hiring process was about a week. You have to apply then take a test or assessment. Then set up an interview time. They will email you saying it’s a group meeting and it takes about 60-120 minutes.

Ultimately, the recruiter asks each participant to share their previous work experience in customer service, a brief “tell me about yourself.”
