TTEC Custimer Service Representative interview questions

I saw a job posting for TTEC on Indeed and applied directly through their website. The interview process was conducted virtually in a group setting. They started with a presentation about the position, then divided us into smaller groups for basic questions.

Zoom interview. It was basically a group interview. Very easy. They asked simple questions. Nothing too hard. If you want the job you will get it, 100%. Drug test is involved and they will ship equipment.
