TTEC Custimer Service Representative interview questions

It was very brief and not at all personal. I felt as if though I was just being shuffled through a system which became more clear as the process lingered. I was only a number to the company, one that was there to make them money as quickly as possible. It was a strange feeling knowing that there was little regard for me as a new employee.

Laid back and informal. Introduced to staff and management team. Brief video explained the position. Loading dock was my area and it seemed intimidating but interestingly enough, it was amazing to see the process of moving packages through the system.
