TTEC Custimer Service Representative interview questions

it was alright they wanted money in order for me to start my training and I explain to them I would to get back with them and until I get the money

Applied online thru Jobstreet. The same day that I submitted my application, the company called me and asked some basic questions regarding my resume. My resume was scheduled the day after. The day of the interview, first I had an online assessment. Basic personality exam, a little bit of math, and listening exam. After that, I waited for an hour before my name was called for an interview. then after that interview, I was given 15 minutes to review and watched a clip for the call simulation. I passed the exams and the initial interview but unfortunately failed the call simulation but after that, I also took the online exam for non-voice account position. They said I passed and they will going to call me after. But until now, I haven't received any calls from them. hahaha
