TTEC Custimer Service Representative interview questions

It was a group interview there was around 12 people we watched slides about the company and broke into groups the person doing the interview observed the discussion I don't have any thing else to offer on the interview procesd

As far as I can remember, the first interview was after listening to a call, they asked me few questions about how the call went, if the consultant did well, was the issue resolve, if there is anything consultant could have done, if I was the consultant will I do the same or not. Then after I pass that and the online examination, I can remember I was interviewed regarding my previous job experiences, why I applied to Teletech, my goals in life, what's my weakness, what can I contribute to the company, those stuff.
