TTEC Chat Support Representative interview questions

The online assessment was easy however the interview was horrible. The call/interview was cut off 3x lasting each an average of 40 seconds, although it was mentioned on the email they have sent that they will call back if the call gets cut off, after 3 consecutive disconnetion, He never dialed again. I made sure I have good connection. The interview didn't speak loud and clear; as if he is far from the phone. The only questions he was able to asked were my full name, my address, if I'm aware of their office location and how many hours of travel time to get to their office.
