TTEC Chat Customer Service Representative interview questions

Initial interview was okay as well as the assessment. Took them 3 weeks to schedule me a final interview. Its always cancelled and rescheduled. The interviewer was 20 minutes late!!!! and the whole final interview is just 20 minutes. He kept on shaking his iced coffee so I feel like it was very unprofessional. So, he was late AND unprofessional.
