TTEC Chat Associate I interview questions

2nd December 2020 I applied this company for the 2nd time in September end and got scheduled for the 1st round. 1st round was just introduction of oneself to the company. Then it took them 4 days to get back and conduct the 2nd round which was grammar/vocabulary and listening online test. The link given by them was an ordinary website (this test website was not created by them) with same questions being asked. Anyone could retake the test and just orally learn the answers to get the passing grade. After getting the passing grade they took around 1-2 weeks to conduct the third round which is iq and and feedback test. They ask normal questions in iq which could be solved by any 15 year old. Due to diwali festival coming in between, they took around one month and more to get back for the 4th round. Now this round is just stating the shift and position for which the employee will be working in. After completing this round, again they take 1-2 weeks time to just call you and reject you by saying that you are too over qualified for the job and you would not be in india for long term basis. I would recommend each and every particular person to please ask the first round hiring manager if there is any scope of getting in or are these interviews just for fun. Thank you for your time.
