Position required an online customer service skills test, a personality test, a logic/reasoning test, and a college-level Spanish language test. Despite all that, you still have to interact with an AI/automated "recruiter." The assessments took longer than promised, too.

Very easy. (As long as you speak English) Interview was done via phone. It started out in Spanish and then proceeded to English. Basic customer support questions. The main thing is that you actually do speak English and be fluent while speaking it.

Online application, assessments, interview and takes a month to get a decision. Overall not that great of a process could have been more open with their communication. Get emails but no real updates.
