TTEC Account Manager interview questions

initial process is assessment then phone call then final interview in zoom. Mock call and then lastly is the job offer via zoom also. It was okay I guess but I didn’t pass the interview, just gonna have to apply again.

So far I have taken two customer service/typing speed tests and one test to check my internet speed and computer specs. I have a zoom interview tomorrow. So far the company has been friendly and helpful. Looking forward to the interview.
