TTEC Account Manager interview questions

The interviewer was friendly. He started it by asking how's my day and so on. I'm quite nervous. But I feel comfortable after him asking me some questions just like a friend. It's my first time and I passed the initial interview.

The interview(s) were smooth and attentive. The interviewers was very knowledgeable and gave specific details on every step of the hiring process. There was phases to the interview process but I never felt uncomfortable at all.
