I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at TTEC (Trenton, ON) in Sep 2009
Interview
Applied through local job fair. Initial telephone interview; basic questions, behavioral based mostly. Then was called in to the office to meet with the hiring manager and supervisor, more behavioral based questions. Followed by 2-weeks of training. And then a week of on-phone testing and training before hitting the floor.

Question 1
What is your greatest weakness? Was easy, but then the whopper:
And what else?
That really threw me.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Uniontown, PA) in Mar 2013
Interview
Hiring process is very simple for TeleTech. If you have a high school diploma or GED, you are eligible for any entry-level position in the company. Go to teletechjobs.com or to your local TeleTech and apply. You will complete the application and likely take an online assessment based on various phone-based situations you may or may not encounter on the job. The entire process takes about 2 to 2 1/2 hours, including a brief interview by a member of the hiring center (HC). The interview questions are simple questions, used by several interviewers from multiple jobs -- tell us about a time that you felt overwhelmed and how did you handle it, tell us about a time you had to work as part of a team, etc. etc...

Question 1
All questions were expected and required thinking on the fly, but the interviewers are not trying to stump you, they just want to know that you have real-world experience to bring to the company.
