TTEC Customer Service Representative interview questions

their group interview is via zoom. process was okay. cant say anything more and their question is basic but i have no experience. but ima try to apply again next time because i like the company

The interview process for the Covered California project was pretty straightforward. It was an online zoom call and wasn't much of an interview. We were asked if we met the basic requirements, and if we did they hired us there. It was more of a presentation of the company and everyone present got hired.
