TTEC Customer Service Representative interview questions

Screening Call, Language and Skills online assessment, 30 min online interview. Low difficulty, casual questions, such as availability to start/work in shifts, previous experience in call center/customer service, salary expectations, knowledge about the company and the job tasks/requirements

They send you an email saying that they were interested in me being a candidate and to schedule an interview but it's hard to get an interview slot. They are never available to schedule an interview. I have been checking every day, all day and no slots open!
