TP Technical Support interview questions

Technical Support job requires Technical skills here, anyone graduate can apply for this job role. At least 1 year of experience can be mandated for a better salary package since the freshers are getting very low package offers here.

3 interviews, one with recruiter, 2 with a manager each. The last one was with the supervisor of the project and all Done at the same day. They didn’t take more than 30 minutes and the questions were typical customer service questions
