It was a campus drive in our college.
No written exam was been schedule, there was a direct interview. Inetrview took place in two rounds.
First round was a face to face interview whereby the candidates were being asked questions on the basis of their resume. And then according to your answer and communication skills , there was a segregation of individuals.
Two groups were being made, one for the domestic process and the other for international process.
Then there was a breifing session by the respective team members of teleperformance heading towards the last round of the interview that was the telephonic interview being made by the respective HR member.
And after the telephonic round, the results were made to announced.
