Interview
The interview process included a screening interview with a recruiting company that refered me directly to the Teleperformance. The interview with the Teleperformance consists of 3 steps: first interview where the role is being introduced, a second interview examining company employee fit and 3rd interview with a person that evaluates your psychological profile determining if you are fit for the role.

Online tests: English test, technical excel test and psychological test.
Final interview about the job, about myself, about the company and final 5 minutes do ask some questions.
