Lengthy. Process designed for roles with much more skill required - did not fit the role applied for. Far too many ‘how would you react to’ scenarios and bizarrely they were not customer scenarios, but rather referring to colleagues. I’m assuming to limit risk but makes me suspicious of internal behaviour.
