TP Operations Customer Expert 1 interview questions

It is good and very easy to understand. Friendly approach! No hustle and very welcoming. Highly recommended to newbies and experienced peeps. But they need to add feed back to those applicant who didn't pass so they can try again next time and get hired!

The interview process was an intitial interview at first they asked some basic information about my self and after passing the initial interview and assessments i proceeded to the final interview or ops validation at first i did not pass the mock call but i was reprofiled for another account and fortunately passed it.
