TP Business Development Representative (BDR) interview questions

my interview made me feel very uncomfortable. the interviewers were racist to me. they kept invalidating and belittling my experience. it was almost as if they did not want me in their company. How i knew they were racist is because i am my white friend applied together, the recruiter gave us questions to prepare for prior to the interview, we literally answered the same way and she took the interview at my house. i could tell how they were speaking to her was completely different from how they spoke to me. the interview felt more like an attack on my work experience. they completely deviated from the actual interview and started discrediting every job i have ever worked for. i was belittled and spoken to like shi*t. one of the worse interview experience i have ever experienced.

It was very smooth and fast, within two weeks I got hired. The process was well communicated throughout, and was clear from the beginning to the end. The offer was what I asked for, the questions in the interview were also great.
