Started with self-introduction, communication skills, essential in customer support. During the Q&A round, I explain my approach to resolving customer complaints efficiently. When asked to speak in another language, I choose Hindi to discuss the importance of empathy in customer service. In a mock scenario, I handle a case where a customer purchased a defective product. I express understanding, apologize for the inconvenience, and offer immediate solutions like replacement or refund, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust."
This outlines key customer support skills like communication, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction handling.

The interview process was smooth and fast. It will just take within a day for you to get hired. I highly recommend to all applicants who wants to work in the BPO industry. The next day will be your pre medical examination and your job offer.
There is No technical Questions. Most of the questions are situation based Questions and some common Questions. Difficulty level is easy. For this role mainly Focus on your communication skills.

Interview
1st and 2nd Round. They both have a long idle waiting time. I came at 11pm, 1st round was at around 2-2:30pm and then nd round was 6pm. They announced the result around 7-7:30pm.
Obviously there were a lot of people so it does take time, Though it felt like I did a full office hour for even before getting started.
