It’s perefect.They ask about my experience with customer.They ask about changes angry customer to happy customer.they are so calm and make you relax too.They ask about my education and why I choose this job .You should tell a bit about your skill that is related to your job.Also ask me about my previous job
Two interview rounds,one offline and operation round online and one assessment online.it was an easy process.total one day process or sometime it took two days. Good for freshers to join this company.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.

Interview
It's quite a long process from initial interview up until final interview. I overthink it out as difficult and I'm nervous about the possible questions but it was indeed fulfilling after all.
