The interview is very easy. You just need to go through few speaking and typing assignments and submit your academic documents. The speaking assignment is a recorded one and in the typing, our speed of typing should be good with no errors. Then, there is a training for one month after which we will be able to take calls from the customer.
Two interview rounds,one offline and operation round online and one assessment online.it was an easy process.total one day process or sometime it took two days. Good for freshers to join this company.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.

It's quite a long process from initial interview up until final interview. I overthink it out as difficult and I'm nervous about the possible questions but it was indeed fulfilling after all.
