I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TP (Toronto, ON) in May 2014
Interview
1st interview:
1) Say something more about your work
2) I hav past CSR experience so I was asked what kind of tasks I had to do
3) Say you have a goal you are finding very difficult to achieve..What will you do
4)Basic computer skills: MS word, excel, internet, changing background..typing speed
5) Have you ever handled angry customers? What did you do?
2nd interview:
1) If a customer calls about a technical difficulty, and you know how to solve it, but under company laws you are not supposed to. What will you do? What will you tell the customer?
2) She will think about an item, say a grocery item. Within 5 minutes and in no more than 20 questions, you have to find out what the item is.She wont give you any hint, and she will only answer is yes or no...This was the hardest for me cz i was supposed to narrow down and i was broadening it up..
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round. The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
Interview was quick, had some tech issues but nothing too bad. Questions were direct, and prompted with an AI assistant which felt a little uncanny valley. Overall, process went smoothly but maybe it would be better to just have the questions written and recorded to listen to, rather than the AI assistant video
