I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TP (Dijon, Burgundy) in Apr 2017
Interview
Confuse. They call you from Ireland and they propose you job opportunities but they never mention that the job is in a call center. That was too vague. I thought I had applied to iTunes but at the end it was for a Customer Support through Chat.

Question 1
"Imagine you're entering in a hotel and you want to book a room for two nights. How do you negotiate the price for a better one?"
It went fine, rather quick and to the point. They verified your knowledge and experience when it comes to language proficiency, although not in an overbearing way. It was a smooth interview.
Great, virtual interview smooth and awesome experience, had a nice onboarding with documents also sent virtually. Best interview process, everything done on mobile phone itself....I hope other companies also follow the same process
