After a paper interview and a phone interview, I had to do a mock training in front of management. The interviews were fairly easy, with question about people management skills, teaching skills, time management, active leadership. They were interested in knowing how I dealt with pressure, in an ever changing environment.

The interview is smooth and the interviewer is kind. She asked about my educational background, about my previous job, and also she asked me to conduct a mock call. They also very accommodating and informative in terms the update of the job offer.
