they call you for an interview. First they have you fill out some paper work then take a typing test just so they can see how fast you can type and if you score over a certain number then they ask you if you're "tech savy" if you say yes then they make you take a test

Pretty straight forward, HR interview followed by an overall assessment and then a Final interview with someone from senior team (trainer).
Assessment consists of English written-verbal, typing, Quantitative and Personality based questions.

Interview
In the beginning I had to take a test. It consisted of two parts; in the first part I had to prove efficient language skills, whereas in the second one I had to prove efficient computer skills. Afterwards there was a short interview and another one, which took a little bit longer.
