Once you applied, HR contacts you and you just have a brief interview with what you have done before, your previous experiences, and language check by native speakers depending on the language you will work on. If this goes well, they arrange another interview on Skype with the team manager/team leader and see why you would go there if you are changing country, some basic tech questions(PC/mobile SW/HW etc)
Online assessment then Virtual Office zoom meeting. Then they let you know whether you passed the assessment before onboarding you. If you didn't pass the assessment you are invited after 30 days to retake the assessment.

Did get to interview since you have to pass assessment first.
The interview process was online which included typing, listening and reading test. Also analytical questions as well. All these sections are time bound. Once you complete the assessment and are successful. The offer letter is sent within a day.
The interview was easy to understand and they did respond and communicate with each step of the process to let me know my progress. I was hired within 5 days of submitting my application.
