Absurd... voor een sollicitatie gedurende 7u aanwezig moeten zijn,
Een beknopte uitleg van 40min gekregen over de werking, nadien werden een 14-tal kandidaten 1 voor 1 gehoord.
Afgewezen want.... te professioneel. Nadien nog te horen gekregen "ik zie je wel in een andere vacature binnen ons bedrijf passen, maar ga je niet zeggen welke, kijk eens op de website" yeah right,... hier dan op solliciteren en opnieuw 7u van mijn dag kwijt raken.
Neem gerust onprofessioneel volk aan als dat is waar jullie naar op zoek zijn.
Lachwekkend.

All is Good but it may take time to be called. Process cant be done in a day if you will not go in the hub panctually. Interviewer was letting you understand all the question first and not rushing you for giving answers.
It was time consuming but understood it's the way they have to operate to ensure they find the best candidates to fit their projects, after it was over felt ease and a sense of accomplishment. If something needed to be recorded there was multiple attempts given which made it feel relaxed and giving the applier sense of autonomy and ability to give the best impression and high-light ones professionalism.
