I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at TP (Glasgow, Escocia) in Sep 2015
Interview
Referred by Search Consultancy.
Interview comprised of a short presentation (3 mins) to the group of other applicants on why I had applied for the role and what experience, skills etc I could offer.
Competency based paper exercise covering IT skills and providing examples of previous work experience, for example describing a process improvement I had delivered.
Role play which was basically an exercise on taking down details from a voicemail message which was read out loud to the group.
The experience was quite cold/impersonal and seemed to me to be a 'bums on seats' exercise.
Was advised I had passed the interview (assessment centre) but was offered a lower hourly rate than first told. Then I was told that the campaign I had applied for was on hold. I was offered other campaigns paying less than the hourly rate advertised and which would involve more anti social hours.
Declined the other offers and would personally avoid in the future due to poor first impressions of this company.

Question 1
How have you delivered an improvement to a process
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at TP (Fairborn, OH) in Sep 2015
Interview
The first interview was pretty standard. You walk in, fill out your paperwork, talk with the person over your interview, and leave but since 2 with a job unless you said something that was just really out of the way. The second interview is a group interview. You walk in speak with the manager of the company, then you go back to the group interview and told that you have the job. After that they give an oral drug test and then you start work normally within the next week.

Question 1
Think of a time when you dealt with an aggressive customer?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at TP (Gateshead, Inglaterra) in Sep 2015
Interview
Basic multiple choice phone interview with only technical questions. The assessment day began with a typing test - a minimum of around 25 words per minute is the minimum to continue onto a basic spelling/grammar/literacy test following by a multiple choice technical test, which is basically a longer version of the phone interview. After this we moved onto the 1 on 1 interviews, which was more about the customer service side of things. No surprises, fairly easy interview, the whole thing took about 3 hours.
