TP Customer Support Representative interview questions

The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews. They asked about very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability is. One question they asked was what you think good hospitality is. You know right after if you are hired or not.

The interview consisted of 3 stages. The first stage involved employer and employee's introductions. Then the interviewer moved to describing the company and the position itself. And the last stage was discussion various scenarios that might appear during the work experience and how I would deal with them.
