TP Customer Service Specialist interview questions

Before the interview, I was required to complete a typing test and English proficiency test, and submit the results. On a different day, I had an interview with the team leader of the position I applied for. After answering common interview questions, I participated in a mock chat with the interviewer. The interview itself was conducted in the supported language.

It was an online interview with an HR and it went for around 1 hour. It was done in English because I applied for the English-speaking one. He explained about the working hour, what the scope of job is, and things related to operationals.
