I applied online and the very next day they called for an interview. I scheduled my interview for the following day. When I first came in I had to sign in and wait for my turn (they are always hiring so the interview process can take a long time. Be prepared to stay there for a minimum of 2 hours). When it was my turn, I had to go to another room to take a typing test. I had 3 chances to take it and was required to do it all 3 times for an average score. As long as you can type 30+ WPM you pass.
After the typing tests I had to take a personality test that was over a 100 questions long that asked questions like "Do you ever think it's acceptable for employees to steal?" & "Is it ever ok to miss work without calling in?" .. Just give them the answer they want to hear. After that, I took a short quiz about basic computer knowledge then I had a one-on-one interview with the recruiter. Sometimes, two people are interviewed at the same time but this time it was just me. She asked basic questions about my skills/resume and told me about the account I could be working on, hours, and wages.
Now, after the interview, if the recruiter says you can leave and she'll give you a call soon, you did NOT get hired. If you have a chance to be hired, she will tell you to sit in the lobby again for the 2nd interview. Two people interviewed me for the 2nd interview and they asked more specific job-related questions and introduced me to one of the supervisors for the account. After that, I waited in the lobby again & they had me fill out some papers, including a W2, and said I was hired. They gave me a folder with info about Teleperformance, told me training started & then I left. I was there nearly 4 hours.
