TP Call Center Representative interview questions

First you fill out some paperwork and then afterwards you take a typing test. In order to get an interview you must be able to type 25 words per minute.

Was called in for testing. Process took about two hours because there were many other applicants waiting as well. Test was over basic computer knowledge, workplace etiquette, and Spanish. Passed the tests and was scheduled an interview. Interview was split in two parts. First part required me to speak Spanish, the second part revolved around my character and experience.
