Interview
Basic literacy knowledge, spelling and example email to write a response to. Then a 1 to 1 interview with standard questions for a customer support role. Mostly just a chat to see how you engage in conversation and to test listening skills most likely.
I was told everything about the city itself than what my job was about. Very bad English, and totally impossible to understand in that closed Portuguese. Not very specific with the projects, very bad organized.
